Imagine achieving more in less time, while your employees feel better and perform at their best. The four-day workweek isn't just about shortening working hours — it's about optimizing them and freeing up time for long-term value creation such as well-being, learning, and recovery.
Anna-Carin Alderin, consultant and former leader at IKEA, now the national partner in the international research project 4 Day Week, will share concrete examples of how companies have transitioned to smarter and more sustainable work environments.
Together with the Stockholm School of Economics and Karlstad University, Anna-Carin is leading a study on how shorter workweeks can promote both productivity and well-being.
Following her presentation, there will be a panel discussion featuring, among others, Björn Bylund, Country Manager at Visma NMBRS, and Caroline Lind, CEO of Sandqvist. They will share their experiences of implementing reduced working hours – and the impact it has had on both employees and their organizations.
